Recap: Shamrock Irish vs. Quanah Indians
The Shamrock Irish won the last time they faced the Quanah Indians, and things went their way on Friday too. Shamrock took down Quanah 28-12. Shamrock has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Shamrock got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Philip Cook out in front who rushed for 105 yards on only 11 carries, and also threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Rodney Holmes, who gained 89 total yards and two touchdowns.
Shamrock's victory bumped their record up to 4-4. As for Quanah, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
Shamrock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Quanah is also done with their season.
