Tj Morrison leads a balanced attack to beat Egg Harbor Township

The Burlington Township Falcons waltzed into their contest on Saturday with eight straight wins but they left with nine. They walked away with a 47-34 victory over Egg Harbor Township. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Burlington Township has scored all season.

Burlington Township's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tj Morrison, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Morrison is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaron Ferguson, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and four steals.

Burlington Township is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Egg Harbor Township, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burlington Township and Pennsauken will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Pennsauken will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 245th, while Burlington Township is ranked 114th). As for Egg Harbor Township, Egg Harbor Township and Wildwood Catholic will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
