Volleyball Recap: West Forsyth Extends Winning Streak to Three

West Forsyth had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Blessed Trinity Titans by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wolverines, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

West Forsyth found their leader in sophomore Charlie Holcomb, who had 11 digs and two aces. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Holcomb. Valentina Meyer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

West Forsyth's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Blessed Trinity, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

West Forsyth wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Savannah Arts Academy on the 16th. As for Blessed Trinity, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lambert on the 16th.
