Volleyball Game Preview: Fillmore Central Panthers vs. Fairbury Jeffs

The Fillmore Central Panthers will square off against the Fairbury Jeffs at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-18, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Fairbury entered their tilt with Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fairbury was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-13, 25-11.

Fillmore Central dropped their record down to 5-10 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Fairbury, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.
