Dimond came tearing into Thursday's match with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Wasilla Warriors by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Lynx, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Dimond had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-20.
