Wakeland had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Creekview on Friday. The Wolverines never let the Mustangs get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Wakeland might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by three goals or more this season.

Wakeland's win bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Creekview, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
