Volleyball Recap: Estacado Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Estacado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Levelland Lobos. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Matadors of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-17.

Addison Thomas paced Estacado's offense, picking up five kills. Thomas got some help from London Burrell and her ten assists.

Estacado's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Levelland, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Estacado will square off against rival Big Spring at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Levelland is set to take on their familiar foe Lake View at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
