Soccer Game Preview: Port Huron vs. Marysville + How To Watch

Port Huron hasn't had much luck against Marysville recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Red Hawks will take on the Vikings at 7:00 p.m.

On Monday, Port Huron didn't have quite enough to beat Renaissance and fell 2-1.

Marysville hadn't beaten Port Huron Northern on the road since September 27, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Vikings never let the Huskies get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for Marysville, who have now won eight matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Marysville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Port Huron, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Port Huron suffered a grim 7-1 defeat to Marysville in their previous matchup back in August of 2024. Can the Red Hawks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
