San Gabriel Academy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Newport Christian Seahawks as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Eagles have beaten the Seahawks the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Seahawks has come to flipping the script.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-20.

San Gabriel Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-3-2. As for Newport Christian, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Coming up, San Gabriel Academy will take on Puget Sound Adventist in a tournament on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Sharks at the right time seeing as the Sharks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Newport Christian, they will head out to take on Magnolia Science Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
