Soccer Recap: First Colonial Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

First Colonial and Hickory squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but First Colonial had to settle for second. They lost 5-1 to the Hawks. First Colonial were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Hickory earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

First Colonial has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6-1 record this season. As for Hickory, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4-1.

As of now, neither First Colonial nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
