It's playoff time, and Rockhurst had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Grandview Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Hawklets sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Rockhurst took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-12, 25-10.

Their offense was headlined by Gabe Moore and Mason Kastel, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Will Campbell and his 28 assists. Joe Bonino controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Rockhurst pushed their record up to 20-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Grandview, they moved to 16-12-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Rockhurst will welcome Lincoln College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grandview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
