Bullis extended their winning streak to 11 games thanks to a huge performance from Meghan Yarnevich. The Bullis Bulldogs enjoyed a cozy 64-47 win over the Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs on Friday thanks to Yarnevich, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and ten boards. What's more, she also posted four blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2023.

Despite the defeat, Georgetown Visitation Prep had strong showings from Alyssa Fitzgerald, who went 6-for-15 to rack up 17 points, and Becca Safavian, who went 5-for-6 on her way to 10 points and eight rebounds. Madison Doerr was another key player, putting up nine points.

Bullis pushed their record up to 20-6 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.7 points over those games. As for Georgetown Visitation Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-10.

Bullis will have a chance to go back-to-back against Georgetown Visitation Prep: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
