Basketball Recap: Druid Hills Comes Up Short

Druid Hills played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the North Springs Spartans 66-31. The Red Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-19.

This is the second loss in a row for Druid Hills and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for North Springs, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10.

Druid Hills will square off against Northview at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Springs, they will face off against Lithonia at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Springs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
