Volleyball Recap: Zimmerman Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Zimmerman was the 3-0 winner over Chisago Lakes Area when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Thunder took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Tuesday. The Thunder have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Zimmerman started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-22, 25-18, 25-20.

Zimmerman's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Chisago Lakes Area, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Zimmerman has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Cambridge-Isanti on the 2nd. As for Chisago Lakes Area, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Totino-Grace on the 2nd.
