Softball Recap: Acalanes Takes a Loss

Acalanes lost against College Park back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dons came up short against the Falcons, falling 12-2. The Dons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Esa Orman made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Acalanes' defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for College Park, their record now sits at 5-7-1.

Coming up, Acalanes will head out to challenge Piedmont at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Dons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Highlanders have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for College Park, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Northgate at 4:30 p.m.
