Alhambra and Berean Christian are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2021, but not for long. The Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Alhambra sitting on four straight wins and Berean Christian on six.

Alhambra is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Archie Williams 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since April 1st.

Alhambra had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 19-25, 25-12, 25-18, 16-14.

Meanwhile, Berean Christian made easy work of Swett on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Berean Christian walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 25-20.

Berean Christian pushed their record up to 13-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Alhambra, their victory bumped their record up to 14-9.

Alhambra came out on top in a nail-biter against Berean Christian in their previous matchup back in April, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
