Basketball Recap: Greenbrier Takes a Loss

Greenbrier was the 63-60 winner over Lakeside when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Greenbrier Wolfpack fell 54-47 to the Lakeside Panthers on Friday.

It was another big night for Kobi Barnes, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and 19 rebounds for Lakeside. Barnes is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 12 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyrhstan Sullivan, who posted eight points along with eight assists and four steals.

Greenbrier's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Lakeside, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Greenbrier has already played their next game, a 58-47 victory against Effingham County on the 8th. Lakeside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
