With a playoff win on the line, Crane Medical rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Clark Eagles 83-26. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 23 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Crane Medical's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ramiyah Puckett, who on her way to 20 points and six boards. The dominant performance also gave Puckett a new career-high in shooting accuracy (75%). Another player making a difference was Tiana Simmons, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Crane Medical was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory was the third in a row for Crane Medical, bringing their record for this year to 23-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 16.3 points over those games. As for Clark, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7-1.

Coming up, Crane Medical will take on Latin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Latin will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Crane Medical surely won't give up without a fight. Clark does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
