Soccer Recap: Yulee Comes Up Short

The matchup between Yulee and Episcopal School of Jacksonville on Friday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Yulee Hornets lost 13-0 to the Episcopal School of Jacksonville Eagles. The Hornets' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Yulee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Yulee will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Andrew Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on January 7th. Episcopal School of Jacksonville will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Williston at 6:00 p.m. on January 6th.
