Basketball Recap: Chetopa Falls Short of Waverly in the Playoffs

Chetopa and Waverly squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Chetopa had to settle for second. They were dealt a 70-22 defeat at the hands of the Waverly Bulldogs. The match marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Chetopa is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14. As for Waverly, their win bumped their record up to 3-16-3.

As of now, neither Chetopa nor Waverly have any future games scheduled.
