Softball Recap: Daniel Boone Comes Up Short

Daniel Boone lost against Twin Valley back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Blazers lost 20-3 to the Raiders. The Blazers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Daniel Boone saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaylee Henderson, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Lily Gonzalez also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Daniel Boone's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Twin Valley, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Daniel Boone will challenge Conrad Weiser at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Twin Valley, they will welcome Trinity at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
