On Tuesday, Desert Hills didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Richfield, but they still walked away with a 58-52 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Snow Canyon in a 67-53 win over Cedar on Wednesday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Reds recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Snow Canyon's win came from a few key players Desert Hills will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Issaiah Thompson, who shot 56% from the field en route to 12 points and seven boards. What's more, he posted four assists, the most he's had since back in January. Another player making a difference was Dylan Luke, who went 7-for-14 on his way to 16 points.

Snow Canyon was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win got Snow Canyon back to even at 4-4. As for Desert Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Desert Hills beat Snow Canyon 42-35 in their previous meeting back in January. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Warriors' Reggie MacKay, who put up 22 points and seven rebounds.
