Basketball Recap: New Brockton Falls to Carroll in First Game of Season

New Brockton kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carroll Eagles. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Brockton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Luverne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Carroll, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Daleville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
