Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Corydon Central

Corydon Central strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the North Harrison Cougars by a score of 58-46. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Corydon Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Grant Lindemann, who shot 42% from the field to rack up 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Those five steals gave Lindemann a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Devon Murphy, who posted 14 points and six boards.

Corydon Central's record is now 3-0. As for North Harrison, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Corydon Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 79-53 win against Madison on the 6th. As for North Harrison, they will challenge Silver Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Dragons have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
