Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Merrimack Valley). They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Sanborn Regional Indians on Monday. The Pride not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 29, 2024 (when they won 15-1).

Merrimack Valley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Sanborn Regional, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Merrimack Valley will venture away from home to challenge Hanover at 4:30 p.m. on the 7th. As for Sanborn Regional, they will head out to face off against Oyster River at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight.
