Eldon triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Sydney Halderman

Recap: Eldon Mustangs vs. Capital City Cavaliers
The Eldon Mustangs won the last time they faced the Capital City Cavaliers, and things went their way on Friday too. Eldon walked away with a 55-44 win over Capital City.
Sydney Halderman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Eldon's points. Another player making a difference was Zoe Martonfi, who scored 7 points along with 10 rebounds.
Eldon now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Capital City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eldon is on the road again on Monday and play against Fatima at 6:00 p.m. on December 4th. Fatima has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Capital City, they will head out on the road to face off against Lebanon at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
