Basketball Recap: Wooster's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak at Home

Truckee came into Friday's game looking for another win against Wooster, but KHLOE GLOVER wouldn't allow it. The Wooster Colts took down the Truckee Wolverines 42-26 on Friday thanks in part to GLOVER, who posted 27 points. That makes it seven consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Wooster's points.

Truckee's loss came despite strong showings from Sophia Killian and Becca Brown. Killian put up six points, while Brown earned eight points.

Wooster's win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-11. As for Truckee, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Wooster will be playing at home against Hug at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wooster is facing Hug at the right time seeing as Hug is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Truckee, they are taking a road trip to square off against Sparks at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Truckee will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Sparks will have lost eight straight heading into Wednesday's contest.
