Basketball Recap: Tabb Finds Home Court Redemption Against Bruton

There's no place like home for Tabb, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They snuck past the Bruton Panthers with a 44-40 victory on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-33 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Bruton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Annalise Wood posted 18 points and eight boards. Nadezhda Hunter was another key player, putting up nine points.

Tabb pushed their record up to 10-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Bruton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

As for Bruton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against York at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bruton will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: York will have lost 12 straight heading into Thursday's contest.
