Marion proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by four) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They beat the Northwestern Tigers by a goal, winning 4-3. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Marion were the better team in the second half.

They hit Northwestern with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gary Frieburger (2), Christofer Vasquez, and Ashton Circle.
