Basketball Recap: Onaway Takes a Loss

Onaway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 64-50 to the Inland Lakes Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-34 back in January.

Onaway's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Inland Lakes, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Onaway will head out to face off against Forest Area at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Inland Lakes, they will square off against East Jordan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
