Volleyball Recap: Sacred Heart Continues Home Dominance on Monday

It's playoff time, and Sacred Heart had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Herington Railroaders by a score of 2-0 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in September.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sacred Heart was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11.

Sacred Heart pushed their record up to 19-18 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Herington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-24 record this season.
