Baseball Game Preview: Western Pioneers vs. La Quinta Aztecs

For the second straight game, Western will face off against La Quinta. The Pioneers will head out to face off against the Aztecs at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Western has now lost 16 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since February 24.

La Quinta hit Western with a four-run sixth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Pioneers lost 13-1 to the Aztecs.

La Quinta has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.
