Softball Recap: Bentworth Bearcats vs. Bethlehem Center Bulldogs        
        
		
            
 In what's become a running theme this season, Bentworth gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Bethlehem Center Bulldogs  a   13-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Bentworth sure is getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
  Sydney Gonglik was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. Gonglik has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than eight  strikeouts every time she's  pitched this season. Gonglik was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Aubrie Logan was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.  Zoie McDonald was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Bentworth pushed their record up to 14-2 with that  win, which was their sixth straight  on the road. As for Bethlehem Center,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-3-1.
 Bentworth will look to defend their home field  on Thursday against West Greene at 4:00  p.m. Bentworth knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy  run totals in its past four matchups -- so hopefully West Greene likes a good challenge. Bethlehem Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
