Softball Game Preview: Conemaugh Township Indians vs. Northern Cambria Colts

The Conemaugh Township Indians will venture away from home to challenge the Northern Cambria Colts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Conemaugh Township is looking for their season's first victory.

Conemaugh Township came up short against Northern Cambria on Tuesday, falling 12-1.

For Northern Cambria's part, Alexa Fox was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that Fox has hit this season. Chloe Davis was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Northern Cambria was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.

Conemaugh Township's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Northern Cambria, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-8.
