Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sandusky). Everything went their way against the Clearview Clippers on Thursday as they made off with a 17-4 win. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Blue Streaks with their most commanding win of the season.

Kaylee Summers made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two RBI. Those hits were her first of the season.

In other batting news, Amari Prentice was a standout: she scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Maijon Wiley was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
