Baseball Recap: Gravette Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shiloh Christian, Gravette was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They won by a run and slipped past the Dardanelle Sand Lizards 11-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Lions have posted since April 16th.

Gravette is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Dardanelle, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-7.

As of now, neither Gravette nor the Sand Lizards have any future games scheduled.
