Softball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point suffered their closest loss since March 18th on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Corinth Warriors by a score of 15-13. The Green Wave haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

West Point now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Corinth, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10.

While West Point had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
