Volleyball Recap: Covington Takes a Loss

Covington lost against St. Joseph's Academy back in October of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Redstickers.

Covington's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for St. Joseph's Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Covington has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Mandeville on the 13th. As for St. Joseph's Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Newman on the 13th.
