Baseball Recap: Episcopal Academy Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Episcopal Academy's offense. They fell just short of the Coatesville Red Raiders by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The Churchmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Episcopal Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. Coatesville has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Episcopal Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Daniel Boone at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Daniel Boone has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.75 runs per game on average), something Episcopal Academy will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Coatesville, they are taking a road trip to square off against Phoenixville at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
