Baseball Recap: Kent City Comes Up Short

Kent City fell victim to Central Montcalm and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Hornets. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost six in a row.

Kent City's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Central Montcalm, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 18-4.

Looking ahead, Kent City will head out to face off against Ravenna at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central Montcalm, they will be playing at home against Montabella at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
