After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pelham, Hanover was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the ConVal Cougars to the tune of 40-0. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The victory got Hanover back to even at 2-2. As for ConVal, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Hanover and ConVal could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New Hampshire Rankings. The Bears will challenge Souhegan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (32 vs. 5). Meanwhile, ConVal (ranked 50th) will meet Pelham (ranked fourth) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
