Baseball Recap: Oak Hill Falls Short of Wapahani in the Playoffs

Oak Hill and Wapahani squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Oak Hill had to settle for second. They fell 3-0 to the Raiders. The shutout was out of character for the Golden Eagles seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in April.

Oak Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Watts, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

The defeat snapped Oak Hill's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 20-10 record. As for Wapahani, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season.

Oak Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wapahani, they have already played their next game, a 9-2 loss against Boone Grove on the 14th.
