North Cobb Christian won the last time they faced Murray County and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles snuck past the Indians with a 23-17 victory. The 23-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

It was another big night for Cooper Bazarsky, who rushed for 244 yards and one score while picking up 7.9 yards per carry.

North Cobb Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Oakleen Padgett and Truett Morris.

North Cobb Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Murray County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
