Baseball Recap: Halls Takes a Loss

If Halls was feeling good fresh off their 14-4 takedown of Karns last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Red Devils came up short against the Anderson County Mavericks on Friday, falling 13-5. The Red Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mavericks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

Halls' defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Anderson County, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-5.

Halls has already played their next matchup (against Clinton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Anderson County, they have also already played their next game, a 6-2 win against Red Bank on the 5th.
