Baseball Recap: Great Mills Comes Up Short

Great Mills and St. Charles squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Great Mills had to settle for second. They fell just short of St. Charles by a score of 7-5. The Hornets' loss continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Great Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for St. Charles, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-12.

As of now, neither Great Mills nor St. Charles have any future games scheduled.
