Basketball Recap: Elyria Christian Piles Up the Points Against Herington

Elyria Christian won the last time they faced Herington and things went their way on Friday too. Elyria Christian claimed a resounding 74-30 win over the Herington Railroaders. Elyria Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 29 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Herington still got an impressive performance from Mason Mortensen, who posted 19 points along with five boards and three steals. That was a full 63.3% of Herington's points, marking the 12th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
