Volleyball Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat. They came up short against the Iowa City West Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 1-25. As for Iowa City West, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Washington nor Iowa City West have any future games scheduled.
