Volleyball Game Preview: Canyon Springs Cougars vs. Heritage Patriots

Canyon Springs is 0-3 against Heritage since September of 2016 but things could change on Monday. The Cougars will host the Patriots at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Canyon Springs lost 3-0 to Orange Vista on Wednesday.

While Canyon Springs was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Orange Vista's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Heritage came up short against Valley View on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Canyon Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.
