Bj Godreau leads a balanced attack to beat Harrisburg

Recap: Moberly Spartans vs. Harrisburg Bulldogs

The Moberly Spartans's game last Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against Harrisburg by a score of 65-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Moberly to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bj Godreau, who scored 18 points. Another player making a difference was Kish Jacobs jr, who scored 11 points along with five steals.

Moberly's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Harrisburg, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moberly will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Fulton at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th. As for Harrisburg, they will take on Marceline at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Marceline comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
