Basketball Recap: Bertha-Hewitt Takes a Loss

Bertha-Hewitt and Walker-Hackensack-Akeley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Bertha-Hewitt had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves and fell 78-51. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 61-53 to the Wolves when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bertha-Hewitt's defeat dropped their record down to 23-9. As for Walker-Hackensack-Akeley, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 23-3.

As of now, neither Bertha-Hewitt nor Walker-Hackensack-Akeley have any future games scheduled.
